I live on Chillum Place. Does anyone know what happened to the second phase od the Art Place? Has it been abandonned?

Hi there, the developer continues to explain at community meetings that they are sequencing construction for the 2nd phase (Block B) while they seek financing for the residential portion of Block B. The residential piece is the next piece that is supposed to be constructed. They repeated this most recently at the LRCA meeting earlier this month.
They anticipate that Aldi will open at some point in December.

They are supposed to submit an updated phasing plan for the entire project (including future phases) to the Zoning Commission next month in December.
