Riggs Crossing Senior Residences is a new mixed-use senior residential building with ground floor retail. A grand opening celebration was held on April 30, 2025.

Riggs Crossing consists of 93 income-restricted units for individuals 55 years old and older.

  • 52 units at or below 30% median family income (MFI)
  • 41 units between 30-50% MFI
  • 10 permanent supportive housing units

Residential amenities includes a fitness room, library, wellness room, and community room. The building includes solar panels incorporated into a green roofing system.

Riggs Crossing is True Ground’s first project in DC. Jaydot will provide case management services for the 10 permanent supportive housing units.

True Ground is seeking interested local and unique retail tenants for under-market lease opportunity ground floor retail at Riggs Crossing. Papadopolous Properties is handling retail inquiries.
