1. Good Afternoon, I’ve noticed that construction has stopped on Phase II of Art Place Construction, what’s happening?  Is the Aldi still scheduled to open in October of 2024?  The incomplete construction is an eyesore as well as a target for vandalism. I am very concerned.  Adrienne Agnew
