Underground power lines and an underground drive through to alleviate the impending gridlock this will cause. Poor city planning.
Truly the end of an era, and the start of a new one. The era of traffic congestion. The intersection of Riggs and South Dakota was ranked the second worst intersection in DC, but once the Chick-fil-A is complete it will be a clear cut number 1.
