Community Development Task Force

• Community meeting will be scheduled next week regarding the request for a gas station at the 4Mart. Hearing canceled until April. The representative/owner must meet with Community and the ANC before the hearing. – The store has reopened for business. Representative on the agenda tonight
• Faith United Church hypothermia site – President  update
• Home fire in the 600 Blk of Faraday St NE  (January) two homeowners displaced

Community Crime Activity

Criminal activity in the North Michigan Park Area since December. Have requested Captain Chatmon from 4D for the  March meeting.

• Armed carjacking in the 5000 Blk 8th St NE
• Armed carjacking in the 5000 Blk 12th St NE
• Homicide 5000 Blk South Dakota Ave NE
• Shooting in the 4900 Blk of 12th St NE
