ANC Commissioner Shelagh Bocoum is the new commissioner for ANC single member district 5A09. She fills the seat vacated by former commissioner Zachary Ammerman. ANC 5A09 covers Aventine Fort Totten, The Modern at Art Place, Fort Totten Metro station, part of Fort Circle Park, and a few blocks of North Michigan Park.
