| Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 15 at 6:00 p.m. and is open to D.C. residents and the media Norton will hold a virtual town hall meeting open to all District of Columbia residents with representatives from the National Park Service (NPS), National Zoo (Zoo), and District Department of Transportation (DDOT) on Wednesday, March 15th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The event will be open to the public and to members of the media and will provide a forum for questions, comments and concerns about federal parks in D.C., the Zoo’s timed entry pass policy, and Zoo Loop Trail.
