Why does the new library look like it’s made so much progress, but the art modern phase B still looks like a hole in the ground…? All these updates from art modern don’t really tell me much as a layman.
As far as I can tell the ‘updates’ are not actually updating anything. It seems that they are not doing any work currently but the alley remains closed so they have to reaffirm that every two weeks. Maybe I am wrong; just my guess.
Yep, the observation that not much is happening is largely correct (there may be some preconstruction activities here & there). The development team said residents can expect to see more construction activity in the next couple of months. In any case, they committed to sending out biweekly notices so even though the notices are pretty much the same, it’s just confirmation that the state of affairs has not changed much if at all.
