In advance of the April 4th public hearing for a requested first stage modification and second stage review for the Art Place at Fort Totten planned unit development, the development team has provided an updated project overview. There will be a few opportunities for residents to learn more and share thoughts/concerns about the plans, which were first submitted in September 2018 and refined in January 2019.
