The blog Greater Greater Washington endorsed Gordon-Andrew Fletcher to represent single member district (SMD) 5A08 on Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) 5A. GGW sent each ANC candidate a questionnaire regarding development, housing, and transit. Mr. Fletcher is challenging incumbent commissioner Angel Alston for the two-year position in the upcoming general election.

ANC 5A08 covers parts of North Michigan Park as well as Riggs Park, in particular Aventine Fort Totten, the Art Place at Fort Totten development, and the Riggs Plaza apartments. To read Mr. Fletcher’s full responses to the short questionnaire, click here.

The general election is on November 8, 2016. Early voting begins at One Judiciary Square on October 22, 2016.
